(a)   It shall be unlawful for any person, without the consent of the owner or owner’s agent, to enter or remain on a roof of a building or structure within the City of Cottonwood Falls.

(b)   The provisions of this article shall not apply to firemen and other emergency service workers engaged in the performance of their duties. Trespass on Roof is a Class B violation.

(a)   No items other than tree limbs, bushes and lumber shall be dumped or otherwise deposited in the City Dump of the City of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas.

(b)   Any person, company, association or corporation convicted of violating the conditions of this article shall be punished upon a first conviction by a fine of not more than $100.00; and upon a second or subsequent conviction by a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $750.00.
