The standard code known as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 edition published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the residential code for the City of Cottonwood Falls, and is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this article as authorized in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 12-3009 to 3012. At least one copy shall be stamped “official copy as incorporated by the city code”, with all sections to be or portions thereof intended to be omitted clearly marked to show any such omission, and shall be filed with the city clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
