There are hereby incorporated by reference as if set out fully herein, the floodplain management regulations adopted by the governing body of the City of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, as written and approved in draft form by the Chief Engineer of the Division of Water Resources of the Kansas Department of Agriculture No fewer than three copies of the zoning regulations, shall be filed with the city clerk to be open for inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
