(a)   The City of Cottonwood Falls, in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 12-16,102 does hereby establish an employee benefits contribution fund for the purpose of paying the city’s share of employee benefits prescribed by subsection (b).

(b)   The city’s share of the cost of employee benefits authorized for payment from the fund created by subsection (a) shall include the following:

(1)   Social Security (FICA);

(2)   Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS);

(3)   Workmen’s Compensation benefits;

(4)   Employment security, unemployment compensation benefits;

(5)   Medical, health and hospitalization insurance.
